Every project starts with a conversation. Our in-house designers and engineers turn briefs into concepts, and concepts into working drawings — structure, hydraulics, filtration loads, finishes and costs. We consult on other architects' designs too.

Ground-up construction by our own crews — cast RCC shells and factory-made FRP pools, skimmer and overflow hydraulics, heating and smart pool technology, alongside the full clubhouse: gyms, courts, steam and sauna, kids' play and jogging tracks.

We resurrect tired pools and keep great ones great — structural repair, retiling, filtration upgrades and annual maintenance contracts with scheduled water chemistry. We also run STP operations for townships and clubs.

A site visit and a long conversation — how you'll use the water, what the site allows, and what it deserves.

Draw
Concepts become engineering drawings by our in-house designers — structure, hydraulics, filtration loads, finishes, costs. No surprises later.

Build
Excavation, rubble soling, PCC, then the M-30 RCC shell — with every pipe laid and pressure-tested before a single pour.
- IV
Seal & finish
Double-coat waterproofing, hand-laid mosaic, grouting, and a final acid wash before the water ever goes in.

Fill & care
Commissioning, chemistry balancing, and maintenance contracts that keep us coming back for decades.

That has been the whole philosophy since 1995: give the best of quality and service throughout, and never chase volume for its own sake. It is why one small Mumbai firm ended up trusted with the pools of the Taj Mahal Palace, the Oberoi Rajvilas, and the country’s most careful homeowners.
We never limited ourselves to one city — or to pools. From Mumbai we build across India: resort lagoons in Goa, palace gardens in Jaipur, beach parks in Mangalore, projects from Jamnagar to Guwahati. And where there is water, we go with it — spas, fountains, koi ponds, aquariums, even aviaries.
Every shell is engineered in-house, every pour supervised by our own crews, and we come back for the first fill — because water is unforgiving of shortcuts, and thirty-plus years is a long list of promises kept.
